Cannot preview .pdf files

If the user cannot preview in the Windows explorer follow the below steps:
Open Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. On the Edit menu, choose Preferences. In the Preferences dialog box, choose General in the Categories list, and then select the Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer check box.

If the user cannot preview from Outlook:
In Outlook, go to “File” > “Options” > “Trust Center” > “Trust Center Settings…” > “Attachment Handling“.
Ensure that “Turn off Attachment Preview” is NOT checked.
Select the “Attachment and Document Previewers…” button.

Before the above make sure you have set up the Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default program which is used to open PDF files.
On the Start menu, select Settings > Apps > Default apps.
